Welcome. 1992 was the first year the XT225 was sold in the U.S. I'm 6' 240, and I had to completely replace the suspension on my 1994/2001 model because my weight completely compressed the stock compressed the stock suspension, just from sitting on it. I spent over $1000 on suspension parts more than 10 years ago to get it sorted out. The owners manual says it can carry nearly 400 pounds, and while that may be true for the rest of the bike, it won't do that with the stock suspension. Other than that issue, the XT225 is probably the best small displacement dual sport bike made since the '70s/early '80s. Those older "dual purpose" bikes actually had seats you could sit on for quite a while, something more modern dual sports don't really have. The XT225 can be modified to handle your weight, I'm not sure how cramped it will be. I have a 34" inseam, and find the riding position to be quite good. My bars are about 2" higher than stock.

The above is my opinion. Your mileage may vary.
