I found the issue! I was missing the BALL at the end of the clutch push rod! I don't know when/how the ball fell out. When I looked at the diagram it appeared to be on the other side and I did not realize the ball was there originally. Like most things, the answer was something simple. Thank you everyone for helping resolve this issue. Much appreciated.
