Here's a better pic on ebay that you can zoom in on the tang. No way to do anything but put the tab on the float through the middle of the spring on the valve mechanism. Ebay float Ebay needle

Just as a follow up to this thread. I found out that someone had been putting sugar into my fuel tank. This is the main reason I have been having so many issues with fuel coming out the carb.
Also, I have a clark plastic fuel tank and they don't have locks. I'll post a photo, but I found a simple and inexpensive way to lock the Clark tank caps.
