This is a tool that has made carb bowl removal, well.....easy!
I have replaced the 4 screws with the allen screws. Insert the appropriate hex bit and use a ratchet screwdriver handle to drive it. Mine is made by Milwaukee and is as old as time, it doesn't have the paddle like on the top of the pic in the link. If it gets in the way, it could be sawed off.

Loosen the carb intake and exit, rotate to align and remove each bowl screw, takes a few minutes. I have removed it without taking off tank or seat.

I didn't see any reference to a tool like this so thought I'd toss it in here!
