I am not sure about uploading all those pics. I am re reading the posts others have left me. to learn how to upload all at once or one at a time. also I want to be sure they get posted in the right order. I have ordered another kick start kit for my dtrs xt. found it cheaper than the local stealership. only 83 bucks plus shipping. try http://www.powersportsplus.com Once at the site, you will need to click on the GYRT accs link. look up for ttr 225, it will be the only thing listed for that bike. maybe I can start loading pics one at a time.

Before ya start, proper tools for the job will help. if all you have is a hammer, chisel, and a file. Do not attemp this. If you have some common sense, and know how to use tools inteligently, you can do this. Take your time and it will be a very rewarding experience. Drain oil first, disonect battery. allow for about three to four hours. the bike I am putting this on is a 2007. ok Here goes my attemp to load the first pics out of about 50

Befor removing bolts to the cover, mark the piece of cardboard that came with kit, in relation to the new gasket. so all the bolts get put back in proper holes. I wish I could put a title under each picture to help out, but my inteligence is limited. on this computor stuff

Some of the shots for the sub assembley of the kick start shaft, may be out of sequence. but I will try my best to give ya an idea how it goes together. The one shot of the kicker shaft, I was mearly trying to test fit peices.
