You might try Sprocket Specialists for a 16T sprocket. Fill in your bike make, model, year, sprocket info and I think for a 428 chain. Good luck.

I've fitted a XAM C3208-16 to my 2006 XT250X - a perfect fit and I'm very happy with the mod. A quick search finds this part no. on Amazon or Ebay, etc.
Purchased from Webike in Japan and I was very happy with them. Shipping & delivery took a while but they immediately offered a refund when they advised they couldn't ship for a few weeks, and then sent regular updates to keep me posted. Recommended - I'd use them again.
