Here's a busted piston fished out of the exploded crankcase on my 1958 BSA 650cc twin Spitfire Scrambler..
I have it hung from a cord just outside my door as a 'cowboy weather station'. When it's hot to the touch, the weather is hot. When it's cold, the weather's cold. When there's snow on it, it's snowing. When it's swinging on its cord, it's windy. When it's wet, it's raining.
Works for me, ..but simple things intrigue me and I'm not hard to please!..
