Hi, can someone help me price this used XT250? It is for sale at a local dealer: 2009 XT250 $1899 - 17k miles, skid plate, rear rack, wrap around hand guards. Stock muffler is dented, rear signal lights are taped up. Otherwise it looks nice.

The dented muffler, rusty header pipe, broken signals, indicate it may have had a hard life. Right side case looks like it got whacked and I might see dents in the swingarm. I'm not sure why a dealer would put one on their sale floor looking like that. Is it on consignment? Repo?

Yes that's it, thanks for linking! I noticed that too about the swingarm, is it dirt or dents, probably dents, hmm. I dunno, good question the don't seem to care? The swingarm is the only part not easily replaced that's looks sketchy.

They say they are scratches not dents, with surface rust? Buff them out?
