Well I can't update how the bigger pilot jet worked out after more cold starts.I ended up selling the bike right after installing it and purchasing a 2014 Honda CRF250L which is fuel injected. The hondas are nice, but very limited fuel range. A friend had one and his low fuel light would come on at 95 miles. He carried a spare gallon all the time. Yes,the Honda CRF250L only has a 2 gallon gas tank versus the 2.3 gallon tank on the XT225.
