I do agree that it is a bad wire or faulty connection doing this overheating. Since this fault is not yet known or found.I have to find an alternative solution to keep the bike going and as a demonstration of my passion to the Serows, I made use of the 2 regulators that I have and located them in a place outside the normal location for better cooling conditions. This actually worked well, the second is a standby if the overheating made it fail to continue I would plug the second one. But so far I did not use the second one because of the new location of the regulator. I'm still looking for a used Shindengen regulator in ebay to put and end to this overheating problem. The type is FH001 35A but so far I havent't found one yet. I will leave you now with this temporary soltution.
Many thanks to all who assisted in helping me solving the problem.
Your help is always appreciated.
