with only about 4k miles on the bike with the clutch pulled in , it will not disengage the motor. (I even de adjusted it) I have followed the cable down to the spring cam thing on the block and watch it move back and forth when pulled in or released----changed the oil and filter, still no change. Cable moves freely and the bike never gets wet and always garaged.---H E L P

think I fixed it alllll by myself. Motor off, clutch in, 2nd gear, pushed and shoved it a few minutes and it broke loose. Works fine (for now anyway)----but a few miles on it and hope the new oil does what it is supposed to do.---will find out tomorrow and I guess I need to ride it bunch more. I usually use it daily for 2 miles to get my mail.

It may help...and it's good for your engine too. Use Mobil One 0W-40 automotive grade. Fill to the sight mark with the bike standing straight up.
