Is there a good video that anyone has that would help me do this job? I have fixed things on cars I have owned but never worked on a motorbike.

Bike carbs are basically the same as car carbs, just smaller.
The easiest way is to take the carb apart and put it in an ultrasonic cleaner for a few minutes, then blow it out/dry with compressed air (wear safety glasses)
Be careful with the plastic choke assembly and the plastic coasting enrichment circuit cover, they're somewhat delicate.
If you don't want to take the carb apart (or remove it from the bike)... You can remove the bowl and blast the various passages with carb cleaner. Remove the main jet, pilot jet, and mixture adjustment screw and spray them. The mixture screw passage can be mechanically cleaned by using a single strand of stranded copper wire.
Be careful when reinstalling the mixture screw. Turn it in until it bottoms VERY gently. Then back it out 2.5-3 complete revolutions.
This shall pass, be still and know. 2006 XT225, UNI filter, ProTaper bars, MSR handguards, SS front brake line, Shinko 241's.

There is also the question of what problem prompts you to clean it. It may not be necessary.
If you go into the carb, write down the main jet and pilot jet number/sizes. Also, do a float-height check to see if it is within specifications. These things will be useful to know later.

So I just cleaned the carb, which one is the mixture jet? I took out the whole carb, and took all the jets out. The float was taken out and there were 3 brass jets in there that I took out and cleaned. I suspect that the mixture jet was the one that I should have not tightened all the way back.

NO...all the jets should be securely tightened. But just OUTSIDE of the floatbowl, at the front (towards the engine) there is the PILOT JET ADJUSTMENT SCREW...that should be SET at 3 complete turns out (after gently screwing it in, then counting out...) The PJAS sometimes is covered by a EPA mandated anti-tamper plug; which would need to be removed first of course. Alexd

The brass tamper plug can be drilled to 1/8". It's thin so you need to be careful with depth. You can easily feel when the drill is through just the brass. Use and easy out or self tapping sheet metal screw to get a hold of the plug to pull it out.
As for cleaning carbs, I use Berryman B-12 ChemTool Pro which is available at auto parts stores. It includes a plastic tube for aiming into tight/small spaces. Like orifices, for example. Do watch face and eyes when using this product. It shoots a strong stream which can rebound off concave surfaces and end up back in your face.
I had my lawnmower main jet clog up. This cleaned it up in short order.

What he said. Berryman works great, just wear safety glasses as a face-full is quite unpleasant. Compressed air is good for blowing out debris.
