Cheers for sharing your adventure, mate!
I'd love to go to Iceland some day. You're so fortunate to have had this experience!

It was shipped by Eimskip, from Immingham, they seem to be the only shippers from England, cost £690, had to be at their depot by Tuesday midday, for the sailing on Thursday, and the other end arrived Monday, ready for collection Tuesday, and coming back had to be at the docks for Monday midday, for sailing Wednesday, arrived UK Monday, ready for collection Tuesday. I was lucky with the weather, most of the time it was too hot to do up my motorcycle jacket! The only disappointment was the graffiti in Reykjavik, the city is starting to look run-down, but everywhere else was very scenic. Eimskip are really helpfull, but you will have to fill in a lot of forms.
