Hey, guys. I bought my 2020 XT250 last April. It was my first bike and I’ve relied on this forum heavily for info so I figured I’d finally join so I could interact and maybe even add information to help others.

I’ve added a JNS headlight, some Amazon China-special handguards, a rear rack, and a harbor freight pelican knockoff dry box for keeping my gear safe. I ride to find new places way back in the woods and then hang out there until reality forces me back to my responsibilities.

I’m currently looking for a Power Commander but it’s looking like they no longer like the XT250.

Hope this satisfies the new member post. If I’ve left anything out feel free to let me know. It wouldn’t be my first screw up 😂

Welcome! I'm somewhat a newer member myself. I picked up a 99 225 about 5 months ago and have been riding the heck out of it and giving it some TLC. These are good bikes, and it's nice to see like minded people smile

Welcome to the group, Kuato. The XT250 is an excellent bike, as is the older XT225. No doubt you're enjoying the 2020 you have. Feel free to add to any thread that grabs your interest. Great group of people here. You'll enjoy taking part in what goes on!..

Welcome! You live in a beautiful area. I used to ride my CBR around there a lot.

Welcome. North Carolina is a beautiful place. I belong to another forum called advrider.com, and there is a guy there from North Carolina, who posts pictures often. It's so green. I'm stuck in the middle of the AZ desert.

I doubt you will find a Power Commander for it. You might want to check here, someone might know https://advrider.com/f/threads/yama...xt-from-riding-to-modifications.1341366/ I avoid EFI at all costs.

The above is my opinion. Your mileage may vary.
1994/2001 custom built XT225 with a ton of aftermarket parts.
