Apple will switch its new Macs to its own ARM-based processors sometime later this year, but you won't be able to run Linux or Windows in Boot Camp mode on them.

Microsoft only licenses Windows 10 on ARM based systems for PC manufacturers to preinstall on new hardware. It has no ARM version of Win10 available for users to license and freely install.

Apple execs report that Apple won't support Boot Camp on ARM powered Macs, so keep that in mind if you find yourself drooling over a new ARM based Mac later this year thinking you'll install a second OS using Boot Camp, like Mac users have been able to do up to now.
