I haven’t found any snow patches in a few weeks. Found North Kootenay Pass on Friday.

You need a clear URL ending in .png or .jpg extension. Use Full Screen Reply, 4th icon from left to embed photo. IMGUR is fine for hosting. You just need to get the correct URL.
Your bike looks nice up in the mountains. I'm sure you'll enjoy a nice riding season. Be safe!

All you need is the part ending in 'jpg', minus the '_d': https://i.imgur.com/LIXGHEh.jpgBracket that with and you're good to go..

I absolutely love the look of that bike, with the round headlight and no fairing. It looks just like a '70s "dual purpose" bike with that seat and tank. If I have one complaint about the XT225, it's the "modern" look. I used to have a 1979 Yamaha DT250 and a 1979 Honda XL250. They looked like proper motorcycles, and the seats were actually comfortable to sit on for more than a few miles.
The above is my opinion. Your mileage may vary. 1994/2001 custom built XT225 with a ton of aftermarket parts.

Too bad you don't still have those bikes, Jerry, ..especially the Yamaha DT250! ![[Linked Image from i.ytimg.com]](https://i.ytimg.com/vi/CQ1DkSRE_7k/hqdefault.jpg) I was tempted a few weeks ago to purchase a '79 that showed up for sale. It was about 95% original, needing very little to have it essentially 'as new'. At that time I had 'lucked into' finding the '02 XT225 that I purchased instead, and the 2-stroke Yamaha enduro idea went back up on the shelf. Sweet bike though, especially if you're into 2-stroke machines..
