I’ve owned this XT for a bout 7 months. It’s a great and fun bike but just too short for me so it must go. 434 miles on new Michelin T63 tires front and rear. New tubes also. I purged the brake fluid, checked the valve clearance (good), new spark plug, cleaned air filter, new oil and cleaned oil filter. Lubed and oiled all joints and scrubbed it clean. I ride it here in the hills of central Mass and along some of our friendly dirt roads. It’s in very good condition and it’s just a fun bike. Located in Templeton, MA. XT225

This is sad but ,I am going to sell my 1995 Yamaha XT 225. I am not a mechanic and even with help from all these great people helping me. I still have trouble with keeping this bike running right, I will save some cash and buy a new motorcycle probley a XT 250. What you get for $950: 1995 Yamaha XT 225 with lots of extras: T-4 Pro-circuit exhaust on Bike and OEM exhaust to include a second header.New Kenda K270 Tires Front and rear, Kenda Tubes front and rear and Rim Strips never mounted yet,New Black Gripper Seat cover already on,Stearns Seat cover,Carb has Stainless Steel allen head bolts and Jets are 42.5 and 130, I also have the stainless steel bolt kit for the bike not put on yet, 909 Racing Handlebars,grips,crossbar pad,grip donuts, on the bike,I put new rear turn signals on bike and have 4 new front turn signals in bags,Tube style skid plate,extra wiring harness off a 2002 Xt 225 with 637 miles bought off ebay, new brake and clutch levers in bag unopened,Walmart camo tank panniers, New battery about 6 mouthes ago.. There is alot you get with this. I am in Southern Indiana about 30 miles west of Louisville Kentucky. Things I know that need work the header bolt holes 1 is stripped ( I have a Tap and die set just never did it.)Trouble starting ( when running it runs great shifts great ,runs strong,) intermitant issues.Lock for fuel cap does not work,starting issues Please ask any questions and I will do my best to answer them. Good shape. Straight and clean. The TTR got the steel rim, the XT225 an aluminum. I replaced the former with the latter some years ago and have no use for this.$25 plus shipping

New Virginia inspection, has some scratches but in great shape and ready to ride. Has around 5500 miles on it. I have taught several people how to ride on this including my wife.

A few scratches but overall good condition.
New gel battery, tires have less than 1,000 miles on them.

Hello,
I'm selling my 2005 XT225 with only 500 miles on it. I am asking $2400. Clear title in hand. This XT is in excellent condition and has always been kept in the garage. Heck, its got 500 miles on it so it's not even broken in yet. I bought the bike with about 200 miles on it to learn how to ride shortly after taking the MSF course, and I have since realized that what I really want is an entry level cruiser. Can't afford to have both so here she is. You won't be disappointed. This bike looks damn near new. I have never had any problems with it what so ever. Call Robert @ (909)855-1694.

I have a kick starter kit for sale or trade. The kit was shipped incomplete and Yamaha shipped me another one so I was able to compare the 2 to see what parts were missing. One bushing, washer and the seal were not with the kit but everything else is there. I would like to get $75 shipped or trade for a cargo rack in like new condition. I'm selling my spare XT225, so I don't need my work stand for it any longer. This is one of cigar Mike's sturdily built custom XT225 work stands. I'd keep it myself, but I put one of Mike's center stands on my other XT.
